If your password expires for CECONY, this is how you will have to go about changing it. The system will prompt you on https://cevo.coned.com (black screen to sign on to the VPN) when you go to sign in if you need to change your password, but even though it will take you through the steps to change your password, it will not work from this site! Here is what you will need to do:
1. Go to https://cera.coned.com (important to put the https part so it is secure btw)
2. Follow prompts (will need to still fit password criteria - all I know is that I have a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and a number)
3. If successful, you will get a white screen with an internal error message (this is a good thing and means that it worked)
4. Go back to https://cevo.coned.com and logon with your new password
5. Pick up the phone call and hit # then watch your screen for the magical Citrix page with the Conor icon
